I have logged in, but can't access the Member Pages or I see a membership under review notice when I try to log in with my password. I applied more than 24 hours ago and submitted an online payment.
Something has probably gone wrong with the payment process. After logging in, go to your member profile page where you should see a message page with an option to resubmit your payment. Click it and you should be directed to PayPal. Enter your payment information again or try a different payment method. (Don't worry, you will not be billed twice). If the problem persists, contact
membership@businessarchitedctureguild.org.
I mailed a check to the address on the application. When will my membership be activated?
We cannot activate memberships until payment has been cleared. As soon as your check clears we will manually activate your membership and you will receive an e-mail from us. If you submitted your application more than 10 days ago, please contact
membership@businessarchitedctureguild.org

If you are a Guild member, post the information on the general business architecture forum or on the group forums. And please follow up by telling members about the event.
